Problem
Following an internal skills survey, the RNLI needed a training programme designed to support their learning ambitions and up-skill their national marketing teams.
To help secure future fundraising, the RNLI needed to empower 50+ marketers and help them to stay relevant, visible and effective in an ever changing digital world.
Solution
Developed, delivered and facilitated the ‘Digital Skills Academy’ - a series of face-to-face interactive and personalised training workshops designed to build confidence and deepen understanding.
Packed with the tools and knowledge and full of practical exercises and contextual real-world RNLI and other relevant client case studies that helped turn knowledge into action.
